Nail Mail from USA !!

I just got my stuff that I bought long time ago - my mother in law sends me everything that`s US only shipped.So.I just layed hands on my first Seche Vite ever,big,118ml,  bottle though,came with a broken cap! Somehow,the little paper-aluminum cover stayed on it like glued,so nothing hapened to my precious load....Oh I`m soo happy.

Let me give you a clue : it`s purple,green and blue.

Golden Rose,Classics,3D Effect 53

I bought this one on polish shopping portal, wanted one without glitter-56 is a little darker and has no glitter.This one has glitter -next time I want 56.


This one is one crazy color,bright orange or coral,stuffed with flakies and just a little bit of glitter.I call it "inflatable doll",it reminds me kinda cheap colors they put on those.After I layered it over dark red polish,my nails looked like sugar glazed apples,beautiful.What`s amazing-it looks so much better in the dark,really stands out,hands look like those black and white pictures with neon-y red polish on.Great for a date in the darkness,Sexy,sexy..


Formula was nice putting it on,but it`s just another one of those that never dry.And again SH Dry & Go proves,that it`s greatness as a quick drying top coat.After one day I already have some tip wear,so it`s not really long lasting.

For some reason I can`t adjust my camera,so it`s hard to capture the depth of flakies.This color is bold,bright and only for unusual color lovers!

Golden Rose Scale Effect 05- Sally Hansen`s Hidden Treasure dupe?

I bought Nubar 2010,not being able to afford Hidden Treasure,well it still didn`t get here from USA...I went in a little drug store last week,and what do I see? FLAKIES! Golden Rose Scale Effect,which is still hard to find,even though we have a lot of the Golden Rose stores.It was about 1.50$


GR is a turkish company,for couple of years has spread stores all over Poland.Most of their collections are really cheap,and some of their stuff is amazing.They have this Long Lash mascara (2$) which in my opinion is better than some Lancomes or YSL.


So I layed Scale Effect over a nice cream base GR Charming 51.It was packed with flakes-even a little too packed for me.They change from deep red to bright green,both colors are 50/50,I would say.I never saw either Nubar 2010,nor SH Hidden Treasure in real life,but today I checked other blogs,and seems to me like this one might be identical with SHHT. Only I`m a total beginner with mani and with my camera,so it probably looks better by the others ;-)
As soon as I get the 2010 I`ll do the comparision,but it sure is  a good substitute for eastern girls,who can get it in their local drugstores.

Again,manicure ain`t perfect and my nail shape looks little weird,have to work on it and after 2 days you see the tip wear ,cause I`m a "24/7 with kids"  momma!

Sally Hansen Prisms,Emerald Amethyst

I love Prisms,for some reason they`re very cheap to buy online in Poland.This is Emerald Amethyst,lady put it in for free when I was getting my Turqoise Opal.

Formula was not bad to put on,but it just never dried ! I googled it and found out that almost everyone using this color had the same problem. I went ahead and bought Sally Hansen`s Dry & Go top coat and it dried it nice and  quick.

I bought my first Seche Vite and Restore month ago in US but my mother in law had some difficulties sending it over,ugghhh...Unfortunately  this is the only way for me to get SV,OPI,China Glaze or Essie without paying 20$ for every bottle.Ya`ll suckers in polish government,ya need to change something,couse this shizz is just not right!!

For the color of this prism...I do not like it so much...I`ve read some great reviews,it might be my skin tone ,but it looks like some dead person`s nails.Basicly it`s pale purple and with a little bit of sun,turns olive green.If the color was stronger I`d love it.Duochrome works really well on this one,just colors look little dusty.And it`s too "frosty"?  for me,shows every imperfection of my nails.Dark blue ones,came out only on pics with flash,color in day light doesn`t have that blue at all.WoW,I just had an idea to put it over some black cream! As soon as I do,I`ll edit this post and add pictures.

Pictures are taken 2 days after I put polish on,and I cleaned a lot,cooked,went fishing etc.Sorry for mistakes on my mani..I promise to improve ;-)

Beginning

     Why did start my blog?

• My country is insane.One bottle of OPI cost at least 50 zł -almost 20$. Income of the most of my friends is between 300-400 $.Calculate. After I got hooked up on nail polish I found out that companies like Golden Rose,Rimmel or Maybelline can make pretty good nail polish.I found out that every company has couple of great, rare, one of the kind polishes,just like every company has a flop,some really bad formula that will just not dry or looks like crap after it finally does.So I`ll try to show those, who can`t always buy professional polishes more affordable ways to do nails ;-)
• For 34 years I didn`t do ANYTHING with my hands,not even hand cream.My hands and nails were always looking ugly. My nails are the weirdest nails I`ve seen,they`re more like fish scale,they`re soft like that and break even by touching stuff .When 2 month ago I started reading Scrangie I also started to put polish on,everyday.And they started growing....It`s funny though -I have to be really careful 15 min. between removing polish and putting a base coat on.So again I want to show- everyone can do it,no matter how late you start -you`re worth it.There are so many amazing colors and formulas,and I almost missed it all.
• You won`t see whole collections in my blog,I don`t have that much money.But whenever I want something bad,I`ll find ways to get it.So there will be some rare ones and must-haves ;-)

Hallo there friends !

I`m Polish and that`s where I live..In 34 years never did my nails till..2 months ago.The night I started reading Scrangie`s blog,that night changed my nails` life..

Anyways,after reading few nail blogs,I figured- I need a cuticle remover.I used a little tool before,tiny little fork,I think pretty popular in P-land,but it was never perfect.It was only sharp for 2 months and often ruined my nail by the cuticle. I went for a big bottle of Sally Hansen Deep Callous Remover.It`s about 2 oz. and the seller claimed that works also great on cuticles.It cost me 9 zł = 3$ and today i used it for the first time.

It was a miracle! Never used any of those products,and I heard most of the just don`t work.Well this one did! After about 1 min,I tried scraping some with a little knife and realized my cuticles and tiny traces of skin around just turned into some kind of jellish substance.I scraped it all off,from hands and feet,washed with water and soap,put Sally Hansen`s Emerald Amethyst on and... here we go,I think I just did my first full manicure ever.Thank you Callous Remover!
